  • How do I register for AWARE?

You can register from our registration page. You will need to complete the details as requested to enable us to create an account for you.
Once you have completed the form, we will then send you an email to the address you have provided which will contain a pin number. When you next login you will be prompted to enter this number and you will be directed to your account home page.

  • My confirmation email with the PIN has not arrived

Please follow the steps below:
1. Check your email application's spam, junk or trash folder in case it has been redirected.
2. Some SEN+ emails may be blocked by your Internet Service Provider, please use the
“Contact Us” facility if you have not received your PIN promptly and we will send it via another channel.

  • My chosen display name was rejected

If another member has already taken your preferred nickname, you will receive an error message to confirm that it is not available. Please select another name or add a number or numbers until it is accepted.

  • It says my email address is already being used

This means you have already set up a SEN+ account at some point. Please click here to
be sent a reminder of your password.

  • It says my email address is invalid. What do I do?

Please check carefully that you have entered your correct email address. If you are still experiencing problems then please “Contact Us”.

  • I know I have logged in before but now I cannot get in

The chances are that something has changed in your login details. This could be for a variety of reasons but the first thing you should do is clear the existing information in the Email and Password boxes and type your correct details in again.
If that doesn't work then the most likely cause of the login failure is that your browser is not currently accepting the 'Cookies' our site is trying to send. To set your browser to accept cookies from our site, please follow the relevant instructions at the configuration or preferences section of your browser.

  • I have forgotten my password

Not a problem, if you need a reminder of your password just click here

  • I want to change my password

Once you have logged into your SEN+ account using your registered details, you can reset your password at any time by going to your Profile page. Click on Edit Account Settings and change your password.
Please note you must confirm the new password by entering it twice into the boxes provided and save the change by clicking the Update My Settings button at the very bottom of the page.
Please also be sure to keep your details safe and never share them with anyone else.

  • Can non-members see my public Profile?

No. Only SEN+ registered users are able to see others profile. Nevertheless, you must take into account that your public profile is open to all the SEN+ members. You can edit and configure your profile in order that it shows only the information that you want others
to see. You can configure PAGES and share them only with certain people or groups, but remember that your profile is open to all SEN+ members.

  • Can SEN+ content be seen by non-members?

No. Only SEN+ registered members are able to see the contents.

  • How do I report abuse?

I f you detect something wrong or that someone is using SEN+ abusively, please let us know with the “Contact Us” facility.

  • I do not wish to be part of AWARE anymore, what do I do?

You just need to e-mail your request to info@sen-plus.net to have your account removed from the system.

  • Does SEN+ use my personal information for marketing?

No. SEN+ collects traffic information through cookies. This information is anonymous and only includes your navigation history and your IP address, but not the personal data included in your registration form or any access to your computer’s information. Cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not.

You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer.
This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.

In any case, AWARE Project won’t use your personal information for marketing and won’t give your data to other persons or companies. You can consult detailed information in our Terms and conditions section.
